This is by far the best paella I've ever had. The rice is slight more soft than paella usually is and I love that. Also flavour wise this was so good. Then there is also a nice variety of veggies and beans in the paella. Highly recommend!

This very good and fun to make yourself. Technically with that you can adjust the taste. For anyone who doesn't know how this works. They serve the bread already toasted and you get raw garlic, a tomato, olive oil and salt. First you rub the raw garlic on the bread. Depending on how much you like garlic, you can go as heavy-handed or light-handed as you like. Then you rub the tomato on the bread. After you add as much olive oil as you want and salt to taste.

Non conoscevo questo piatto, è simile alla paella ma fatto con pasta spezzata e verdure. L’ho trovato molto buono, anche perché da buona italiana preferisco la pasta al riso 😜. È un piatto tipico valenciano
