Pretty standard Hot and Sour soup, but make it vegan! It tastes just like the original hot and sour soup. It has the right level of spiciness and has a pretty good helping of veggies that are typically found in Hot and Sour soup! I wasn’t too big a fan of this menu item. The duck (probably made with seitan) was delicious, and I loved a lot of the veggies that came with the dish. However, they might have went a little overboard with the cabbage (not my favorite veggie). The dish also came with a side of rice (choice of white or brown), which was nice. If you’re someone who likes cabbage, this may be the menu item for you! I was actually very impressed by this. Although this doesn’t taste exactly like roast pork, it was very sweet and tangy, and I think it’s a great alternative! The texture was also pretty spot on! It is a little pricey though for the portion size.

Pretty standard fare Chinese food, but make it vegan! General Tso’s Vege Beef more or less has the same texture as actual beef! They may have added a little too much batter, but all in all, this tasted pretty great! It also came with this sauce that was absolutely heavenly!

#abillionturns3 today I tried to request see if I can replace the vegan chicken with potato only, it fails, the mama is too busy most of the time, that’s why ordering a custom dish is kinda impossible for her, especially she doesn’t speak well English and she constantly helping people can’t speak English getting a job working in her place and train them, she’s really an amazing mama with big hearts, that’s why Everytime there’s any mistakes on the orders I never complain I’m appreciated of the food she made me. Thank you

#abilionturns3 this vegan hot sour soup has everything :) the bamboo shoots, the carrots, the black ear mushroom, the tofu ; I try to make it so many times myself I can never make it just like this flavor, it’s like even I have all the ingredients I still can’t make exactly the same taste as this soup, I guess there’s secret ingredients (extra love) 😁😁😁

#abillionturns3 love this potato curry vegan chicken, it has carrots, potato, Chinese basil, and vegan chicken ; sometimes when I really crave for potato I’ll go for this dish, it’s not oily and love the curry flavor, the vegan chicken is same as those vegan chicken you can get in taiwan which is super rare :)
