These small containers were $5 and change each. Not worth it. Tasted fine and it was nice knowing it’s vegan but jeez over $10 for a small portion. Not again. But they make up for it for having bomb nachos

Ok the pic is horrible due to the fact was devouring it and then realized I needed to take a pic. Too deep in to try to fix it up 😬 Anyway… these nachos bring me suck joy. It comes with retried beans, melted vegan cheese and salsa. I added vegan steak and avocado. I also got a side order of pickled jalapeños. It’s so good! I didn’t care for the vegan steak it was too soft and didn’t add much to the dish. But everything else was divine. Idk what vegan cheese they use cuz dang it’s good and melty.

Classic fresh made guacamole and blue corn tortilla chips! It is definitely fresh and very good. The chips aren’t made in house but they are good and go well with the guacamole. This restaurant is part of a regular Mexican restaurant but has its own vegan menu that’s pretty extensive. Pics aren’t great because I was too hungry to take pics before starting to eat.

Hmmm, when I first took this out, I thought they might’ve made a mistake. The color def wasn’t what I expected. It’s said to be #avocado🥑, banana🍌, #blueberries🫐 and almond milk. So I guess the color was mainly from blueberries (not gonna say no to that as a #berrylover 😉) Taste-wise, primarily banana, which wasn’t a surprise, since the rest could be easily overpowered. It’s also not very sweet. So I guess that’s avocado working its magic? Of course, it could simply be a mixed order and all this detective work🕵🏻 the result of my biased knowledge and justification😅 Who cares! It’s rich and tasted pretty good, and that’s all that matters. Came in single plastic as expected, but at least it’s #1, so maybe, supposedly, it’s going to be recycled♻️, please?🙏🏼 #smoothie #fruit

Compared to their tacos, this was a huge letdown😔 It’s my once in a blue moon moment to feel like having some heavily loaded junk food, thinking at least it would look appetizing with all the colorful toppings🌈 Then I got this. A bowl of chips with some stingy splashes of pinto mash and cheddar cheese. I figured later the tiny jar of pico belonged here (see previous taco review for evidence), the so promised salsa😒 Still, it didn’t help with the appearance, or the flavor much. Sure, there are two kinds of corn chips 🌽 I’ll give them that. But, come on, nachos supreme?! More like, nachos bare minimum😑 The only “upside” was the quantity, also the “downside” cuz I hate to waste. Maybe I’ll turn it into a tortilla soup later when I have the energy. #nachos #mexicanfood #supportlocal

I hardly order online but was too exhausted yesterday🥱 And it’s nice to discover new places with delivery apps. This is an all vegan Mexican place. A bit far from where I live but the delivery was fast 🚴 (thanks @abillion10 for adding the place so quickly🙏🏼) The selection was good. You get to pick b/w flour and GF corn tortilla, a variety of fillings, sauces, toppings and add-ons. I had grilled #cactus🌵, VG chipotle and guac🥑 (later realized the pico 🍅 in the photo was for the nachos, will review separately). The #tacos came in the larger size🌮 So 2 of those were def comparable to the usual smaller 3. They’re juicy and tender, seasoned just right😋. Although the chipotle sauce could use a bit more heat🌶 The packaging was the only downside (also the main reason that I rarely order online😕). It came in the usual round black container with lid in #6 plastic, i.e. unrecyclable♻️❌ The good news is, it looks like there are 6 locations (only 1 in Brooklyn though). I I def want to try some other tacos of theirs, hopefully in person next time✌🏼 #mexicanfood #supportlocal
