I really love their poke bowls ! Super fresh and they have choices of protein ; vegan salmon, vegan shrimps, tofu, sweet tofu and vegan chicken:) very good for an omni restaurant, I love it ! Their sushis are also really good

I usually only go to momo, I was at work and found vegan dishes at Aiko, decided to give it a try and WOW. Honestly so good. I found the sushi to be light and it was perfect for a little meal. If you don’t want heavy sushi you can opt for these dishes. So delicious.

Seasoned shiitake in a simple sushi roll. The way they finely chop the mushrooms gives a very meaty texture.
