Throwback to a vegan risotto I'd in Taipei, Taiwan. Taste was rich, creamy and fragrant, natural sweetness coming from the pumpkin, with a subtle flavor from the spices.

Absolutely love this dish! It’s better than the real tuna poke bowl I used to eat before I became a vegetarian. Healthy and guilt-free 🥰. This store has many other vegan options on the menu!
