I like this product better than the same company’s luncheon meat, although the pull-top can
is a hassle to open

day, i pretty much stir fry everything together.
It’s a bit too ‘bean’ or those salted tau cho type. So i cooked it wth gochujang paste, lots of the korean chilli powder. I put in capsicum, carrot n mushroom and i had it wth rice along with a side of kale salad.
Its a very flexible versatile product,i can have it with noodles or rice or even on its own or a wrap. And if u like those bean paste type of dish thn this is good. The soy chunks are small so it has tht #mincedmeat texture like it states on d can.
Guess ill stock up this #mockmeat n hv this as a lazy cook staple type of dishes.
#plantbasedmeat
consistency as what i had expected in my mind, probably bc the 'meat' chunks are quite small ; probs good to think of this more as a paste or sauce rather than conventional canned meat!
on the salty side so i cooked it w tofu which soaked up the flavour
a lil pricey 😅

So I was unexpectedly pleased with this because it was something that was always in my home porridge meals ☺️ still is… #growingupisoptional
It’s just so ooey gooey with sweetness with a tinge of sourness of the fermented taste. You get these little cubes of the #mockmeat inside that have a pretty QQ bounce to the bite. The only odd sensation was how the flavour hits your palate kind of late 😅 If you think reading that was confusing, just wait till you try it for yourself 😂 #stillworthit
RM 6 is a little pricy compared to its omnivorous counterpart 🤓 but for a #plantbased replica, I suppose beggars can’t be choosers
I think its certainly worth a try. You could try it with your congee! 👍
