Yeast extract

I don't like marmite, so can't say how it compares, but this is great in cooking to give dishes a more meaty taste at a good price. #veganisnotscary

Way cheaper than marmite and honestly tastes just as good to me 🤷🏻‍♀️ Love all the added vitamins too 👍🏻

This yeast extract seems to be the same as Tesco's (can't remember if, the £1.79 price, 240g jar, is the same). It's very spreadable (to the point of being runny in hot weather). I much prefer these yeast extracts to Marmite (they taste less salty & intense), & is cheaper. Fortified with B12, & others.
