This is the first flavoured tofu I’ve tried and it was better than I expected.

I cut it up and chucked it in the air fryer before having it as a salad topping and I really enjoyed it. Verrrrrry tasty smoked tofu that my local Lidl had as a part of #veganuary. Its

quite firm, quite flavourful and quite cheap. I would buy this year around if it were available. #tofu #tofulover

My favourite dish prepared with tofu is definitely tofleta. I scramble it , added some

olives and nuts, avocado and some soy sauce. Full of protein and other nutrients

Tastes just like regular Tofu and not smokey at all which was a little disappointing.

It's a good plain tofu
