Quick and easy and tasty. Convenient and great for a snack too Struggling to find them again but definitely will buy them again

Veggie fingers with Indian spices from Mccain. I was able to do these in the air fryer took a little bit longer than I anticipated but the end result was crispy and tasty. It was literally veggies wrapped in breading veggie fingers. It was like a mixed vegetable took really well to various sauces. I found these at a deep discount store, never saw them in the actual store. Regardless, it was a win for me.  #VeggieFingers #VeganAirFryer

I baked these in oven. It still had a crispy outside. It has more potato than other veggies (not complaining) 🤤. Flavour wise parsley stood out the most. It wasn't spicy too much because of the sweet corn in it😄 #veganisnotscary
