Vegetarian Curry Chicken

This was an amazing surprise! Seeing that it was mainly soy, I didn’t expect it to have such a great chew.

This is probably the most affordable mock chicken I've ever purchased! For under $4, I probably used this in 4 meals, from stir frys to sandwiches, to with noodles. I picked this up at FamiJoy supermarket in Oakville. Really tasty too. I absolutely love it and will be stocking up!

This product is delicious, and is good in salads, with rice, or even alone! Not all their products are vegan, some contain shellfish. I don't think the taste or texture will suit everyone, but I enjoy using this product 😊
