Not the best taste, wouldn’t buy again as it was a little expensive too

I love this steak, my wife too. Goes good with everything plus you can cut in small pieces and use for shawarma. Highly recommend

The texture is okay, but in terms of taste I find it to be a bit bland. For the first piece I only put oil in the pan because I wanted to taste its flavor (Spoiler alert: It doesn't really have one). So for the second one I added the Soffritto Seasoning blend from Trader's Joe and it helped a little bit although I did ended up dipping it in a garlic sauce. Maybe it needs to be sauteed in a pan with lots of onions so you can have something to eat it with if you don't want to use a dip or a sauce. #veganisnotscary #vegan #vegansteak #vivera
