Vegan Red Velvet Layer Cake

Love pretty much all Rubicon Bakers products, and this red velvet cake was no exception. Nice taste and just the right amount of frosting. Keep the hits coming Rubicon! 🍰

This mini cake is the perfect size for a few people. The #redvelvet flavor was rich and delicious. The outside was a bit stale, but I don't blame Rubicon for that, as it was maybe sitting around the store for too long. They always make great products! #sweettooth

This was better than I expected! It has a bit of a fruity/red taste to it, whatever that means. Would consider buying this again.
