Vegan Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

#traderjoes vegan oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Chewy texture, but too sweet. Not enough chocolate chips. A little coconut-y. #chocoholic

I could eat the whole bag. They were great! Even with a stronger taste of coconut than I prefer.

Omg these cookies are so good! They’ve got a good amount of sugar but they’re cookies so who cares haha

I really enjoyed these when I first opened them but a few days later they didn’t taste the same, like they had gone soggy and became flavorless. I made sure to keep them tightly wrapped, so not sure what happened. I guess I will just have to eat them all in one go next time.
