I liked this finely grated cheese. It reminded me of Parmesan and sprinkled nicely on my meal… it was very good with the pea leaf & rocket salad. Great accompaniment but not a strong flavour.

I'm not a Parmesan fan, smells like feet, but this is a decent substitute for a little garnish on a Bolognese etc. Has the right smell and texture to trick you into thinking it's real

I fairly enjoyed this cheese, it reminded me of parmesan quite a bit as it has quite a subtle mild taste and works well for melting over pasta dishes. Only thing I don’t like is the inconvenient packaging, as the bag is difficult to store once opened

Does the trick, that's for sure. No palm oil, but it is made with coconut oil and is highly processed like most of these things are.
