This vegan heavy cream from Trader Joe's is honestly the best I've ever tasted. It’s just like dairy cream… I don’t get why anyone would choose dairy when there’s stuff like this around. I also like that even though it contains coconut oil, you can’t taste it at all. It whips up beautifully, and works in any recipe that calls for cream. I use it for my dark caramel, and it comes out perfect every time! Honestly, in my opinion, I feel like all #vegan heavy whipping creams are the same, or are very similar. They whip up nicely, taste delicious, and look the same. Just might have a few different ingredients, or a slightly different flavor.
