Vegan feta

Raga la feta vegana della lidl mi ha svoltato la vita! È identica a quella normale (che è il mio formaggio preferito) e costa pure meno. La uso per prepararmi pranzetti greci a base di pita con hummus e insalatone con pomodori, olive e cetrioli 🙌🏻💓

Trovata al Lidl durante un viaggio a Creta, feta vegana simile a quella della Violife. Sapore unto tipico dell'olio di cocco, sapore lontano da quello della feta, meno acido però tutto sommato buona. Sì scioglie molto bene con il calore. #helprifugiomiletta #aiutiamorifugiomiletta

I was super happy to see such a big box of vegan cheese in Lidl Greece 😁 But unfortunately this vegan feta is not that good.. the coconut taste is there, the texture is also very stiff and half of the box is empty ☹️ Still, done with some oregano to make a Greek salad it worked well and that's how we are going to finish it 👌 Plus, it's very unhealthy, mostly fat and starches.. I couldn't find the brand here and couldn't add it, which is why it is under Lidl.. #veganingreece #veganin2022 #ditchdairy
