Spicy Tomato Jam

What an interesting jam! I’ve never had tomato jam before. Quite delicious!

This jam is still sweet but not overly. It’s only mildly spicy. Would go

good with vegan cheese.

Love the initial tomato flavor. Love the spices and herbs that are in this jam.

Not what I anticipated but this is absolutely delicious.
