Vegan Buffalo Pasta Salad

It's got a decent Buffalo kick and medium heat. A little oily at the bottom. It would be nice in a wrap. I'm not in an area with great vegan lunch options so Sprouts is my go-to, I always find something. I especially like that it's labeled vegan so I don't have to scrutinize the ingredients list. Overall, a good quick option. 🌱☯️

I enjoyed this pasta! Very saucy and creamy with pleasant chunks of vegan chicken, celery, onion, and carrots in there. The pasta itself is good as well, not too soft/mushy or anything. By the end I felt pretty full and satisfied. Good Buffalo sauce flavor and overall a pretty nice, already-made pasta salad!

Great warmed or cold! Not that spicy either. Good With some greens

I peeked in the deli case at Sprouts as I walked by, never expecting to see a huge bowl of this tangy buffalo wing-inspired dish. The deli worker said she has customers who come in several times weekly to buy a pound or more of it. So I was cautiously optimistic about the purchase. I didn't realize there were so many fusilli noodles in the mixture so instead of eating it on crackers or as a sandwich, I made lettuce wraps with the Romaine and Buttercrunch leaves currently exploding in my garden. Unfortunately I found the pasta salad to be quite oily, making it sort of gross to touch, but I did appreciate the Buffalo flavor and liked the addition of carrots in the salad. I would like it better if they made it without the pasta, which might reduce the need for so much oil. But as always I appreciate Sprouts showing up for the vegans and always having new products for us to buy.

I love the Buffalo chicken flavor, and having the option of a quick meal is so convenient.
