Vegan Blueberry Muffin

It tastes fine but because of the high amount of added sugar, I'm only eating 1/4 of this at a time. #muffinMonday

Delicious and moist individually wrapped blueberry 🫐 muffins by Whole Foods Market! I would usually get these from the case but they were out and found these individually wrapped ones. Moist with big blueberries which we love! Unfortunately sugar is the 1st ingredient in these and I try to shy away of sugar being in the 1st 5 ingredients! High in fat , sodium and sugar so with that being said this will be an occasional treat. This was oil-e and good. I’d buy again and do recommend. I think it was $1.50. I got it at Whole Foods.

Pretty good muffins from Whole Foods! Tastes better than non-vegan blueberry muffins from what I remember! We also liked the fresh baked vegan chocolate chip cookies from Whole Foods Bakery and the vegan donuts too!
