Vegan be Heroes, chedder gluten free mac and cheese

This is fantastic! Finally something that is what it is but plant based vegan. Hella good and hefty calories for a full day of action. :) Grocery Outlet Bargain Market $2.99. Made a sort of vegan kfc famous bowl at the end here. 😋

I guess it's the American in me. I do have cravings for #macandcheese sometimes! I love to make my own ....I've used potato and carrot, cashews, even butternut squash. But sometimes I'm a #lazyvegan and need a shortcut. I spotted this attractive package at the store and thought I'd try it. It actually tastes like I remember Kraft does from a long time ago but better I'm sure ! This one is #glutenfree . I still prefer my own homemade version of course but this is a fun thing to have on hand on those busy, lazy or tired evenings! #macandcheese

I like the creative name. These high protein noodles are also high in sodium so I stick to a half serving at a time. Writing this on #macaroniMonday which is also #noodleTuesday, somewhere in the world.
