Ve-Du-Ya vegan Nduja paste

I thought this was really tasty and creative. I’ve tried something similar from M&S but this was better as it had more flavour with less oil. Really tasty on pizza or in a pasta sauce. It’s a more expensive product but a little goes a long way and you can use the jar for multiple meals. #nduja #spicy #vegansausage An extra plus that this is a #fermented food

I dont eat spicy food , I have had friends making a sauce made of this Ve-du-ya mixed with oat cream. I have tried a little inside my Wrap and it was nice !

This hot blend of chilli and sweet peppers is a great discovery. It’s a thick paste, like harissa that can be used for pasta sauce or to add to stews or as a pizza base.
