Tuscan penne pasta

This #ForksoverKnives entree made me push the plate away. It looked delicious and it looked just like it did on the box. Perhaps that set my expectations a little too high. For 65 carbs, I want something that tastes amazing. I didn't realize how light the light sauce would be. It would have been fine if it had some flavor, but it had no seasoning. it just tasted like unsalted, pureed beefsteak tomatoes. The cauliflower chunks were too big. They left room for nothing else in a bite. The garbanzo beans just seemed out of place. An interesting touch, but they did not seem to absorb or compliment anything. I ended up putting some marinara and vegan Parmesan on it to get it down. I finished the entree so I didn't want to waste the $6+ I spent on it. I will definitely not buy it again

This was really good although the sauce was a bit runny. I would like to try other products from this brand.

This was pretty good for a frozen meal. Large chunks of cauliflower. Chick peas and penne pasta were firm but not hard. I added an alpha chikn patty and some salt and pepper. Price point on this was very high however it was super filling Definitely enjoyable for a quick dinner
