se deshace bastante, lo quise usar para poner en un guiso y se pierde un poco porque se rompe mucho. Pero es muy rico. Y es sin gluten!

Soy Chorizo by Trader Joe's is absolutely 👍🏼 perfect for meal prep! Hubby absolutely loved

the burritos I made for him mixing this with tofu and sautéing together before adding to tortilla. Filling with the mix, rice ,beans, corn and whatever else your heart desires!
It is crazy salty and that’s why mixing with the tofu reduces that per portion!

I’m glad we tried this and will probably rotate in with meals on occasion!

This gave me the smokey + spicy taste profile I was looking for, and texture

was nice and crumbly. Was perfect to in a chili, but not sure how it tastes on its own #chorizo #soup

My first time cooking with soy chorizo! It surprised me how soft it was (literally

fell out of my hand) but it added good flavor to the dish. Pretty mild, I like something a bit more spicy but you can add seasoning. Nice to get so much for the low Trader Joe’s price!
