Oooooh my goodness this is good! Simple but classic and delicious. The Roma

tomatoes have the perfect amount of sweetness and all of the ingredients are balanced well. I enjoyed this with some garlic and herb crostini and it was the perfect appetizer. Of course this would also taste lovely on a crusty baguette or on pasta or pizza. TJ also has a jarred shelf stable version which is good - but this refrigerated one is outstanding.

Beware, oil-free friends! The 2nd ingredient is EVOO. But it’s so dang good with some

fresh toasted bread. This is a hit at football parties amongst everyone. #veganisnotscary

Very good bruschetta topping, a bit on the garlicky side for my taste but instantly

ready and super versatile when you are hosting dinner. It's a yes!
