Tofu no Oyatsu Purin

Delicious dessert easy to find now in supermarkets

I found this in a 7-Eleven convenience store in Tokyo and I’m glad it’s so obviously labelled vegan because a lot of the time, you need to check the ingredients list. This is purin/pudding made from tofu. There’s two in one pack and it essentially tastes like a sweet tofu. Not bad at all and I enjoyed it as a dessert. #veganjapan #dessert #japan

Pudding made from tofu. It's like custard pudding and it's very delicious, but I'm worried that it has a lot of additives. 豆腐で作ったプリン。 カスタードプリンのようで、とても美味しいですが、添加物が多いのが気になります。
