Hand-made cheese alternative, a little like feta. It was quite soft and seemingly, part of
it already disintigrated. So, the "cheese" itself was very oily.
Maybe a good pick for everyone who likes (high quality!) olive oil in it's pure form - for me, it was too much.
Got it at #veganerwochenmarktberlin on Saturday.
