Happy to find this #bread on sale! It was $3.99 at Safeway, which, for this brand, is a pretty killer deal. I had tried other Dave’s breads previously (Powerseed, 21 Whole Grains and Seeds,) but never Good Seed, which is supposed to be the sweetest of their offerings. It’s subtle, but eating it plain, I can discern that this bread has a little more sugar to it. #carbsforlife In addition to being thinly sliced, the loaf as a whole seems slightly diminished (as in, less surface area per slice) . . . though perhaps that’s just my imagination, as it’s been a minute since my last Dave’s purchase. The thinner (and smaller?) slices still hold up pretty well for sandwiches or toasts, and they have the same hearty, wholesome #wholegrains-packed profile that I’ve come to expect. The thin-sliced #organic loaves go on discount every once in a while, and I would get this again on sale, although I generally prefer 21 Whole Grains and Seeds (green packaging.)
Dave's Killer Bread is so good! We especially love the thin sliced Good Seed. It is a little pricey, but we think it is worth it.
We love Dave’s Killer breads. It has lots of whole grains and seeds you can taste and feel. I prefer the thin sliced ones.
Love Dave’s Killer Bread (All flavors) when making sandwiches. This is avocado toast with #followyourheart veganaise and #alessibalsamicreduction…I usually add sliced cherry tomatoes too! Chef’s 😘😘😘😘
