Tesco very strong white bread flour

I make various versions of seitan. To make WTF - wash that flour seitan, I use this flour because it has a high protein content- 13.6g per 100g. It's the highest I can get by me and it works fine. Got it from Tesco Ireland for a reasonable price.👍
