This was really good! A little salty. Flavors were really nice. I really liked the
sauce. The cheese was so yummy. Some parts were cheesier than others. I’ve actually never had an enchilada before so I’m not really sure how they’re “supposed” to be taste wise and texture wise.
It wasn’t cheap though. For that reason, I won’t be able to get this as much as I wish I could because it’s really delicious.

I have trouble finding vegan cheese enchiladas so was excited to try this! It was
very good, but I was hoping it would be all cheese filling. And I do love a corn tortilla!#enchiladas #blackbeans

I always feel like I have a hard time finding vegan cheese enchiladas, so I
was really excited to try this when I found it, and it did not disappoint! The cheese filling melted well and tasted great, and so did the rice and beans!

Delicious acthkuahlly! And non-vegans tend to like it alot in my experience of small circle
of people around me. So.. with that being said, I would get this product again when I'm feeling especially lazy to meal prep and not cook food.
