Sweet cinnamon filled Korean pancakes

Very good but also very sweet! I also added syrup so it was more like a dessert than breakfast. Very filling too!

These are absolutely life altering. SOO GOOOOOOD. The doughy fluffiness is amazing and the warm cinnamon.....oh my god. I'm buying multiple packs of these next time i go to Trader Joes!!

I learned about these from a vegan on Instagram. These are one of her absolutely favorite things at Trader Joe’s and they only have them for certain number of weeks every year. She had posted that they were available so I drove 45 minutes down there to get these to try them. They are really good but I don’t know that I would go out of my way to get them again. 

These are so good! I was skeptical, but they were very tasty. I defrosted and put them in the toaster for 3 1/2 minutes (instead of the stovetop method) and it worked great. Highly recommend!
