Super firm tofu

I always buy this tofu, it's more affordable than most of tho others and good quality. Cut into pieces, cover in cornflour and pan fry with oil for crispy fried tofu, love it 😀

We eat this 🧄garlic tofu 🥔potato 🥗salad most days to the point I’m going a bit mad with it. It’s delicious but unlike my partner I don’t want it daily! Easy to chop and fry in a pan. I forgot to take an after photo! I cut this Tofu up and marinated it in teriyaki sauce. I baked the tofu in the oven for about 20 minutes at gas mark 7, I believe! It turned out great. My husband was more impressed than I was, but that’s just because I don’t think I marinated it as well as I could have. Anyway! Good tofu! #sainsburys #organic #tofu #lunch

I like buying organic tofu but I’m not sure why they call this one super firm. It is just a bit harder than silken tofu.

Excellent form tofu. I still pressed it for 20 mins or so. Good value. I would definitely buy again
