I recently decided to add probiotics to my daily lifestyle and saw this at my
local market. The nutritional value is great, the taste is very tart. I wasn’t expecting it to taste that way. I chased a few sips with water until I got use to drinking it on its own. They have a variety of flavors, and are very affordable.
