Spring Mix Salad

I like to have a side #salad with at least one meal a day; needless to say, I go through my fair share of lettuce! I love the quantity and variety of tender #greens in this mix; it’s a really nice starting point for salads packed with fresh and subtly different flavors. A handful of cherry tomatoes and my favorite lemon-garlic vinaigrette complement this slightly bitter mix perfectly. The #organic contents rotate seasonally. Lately they haven’t had any frisée, which is a shame, as it’s my favorite and the one ingredient I try to maximize when selecting a box. It keeps reasonably well in the fridge — I’ve had containers for a little over a week with minimal wilting. #eatyourgreens It’s nice that they use recycled plastic for the tray; next step: further reductions/plastic-free? Anyhow, I recommend it; it’s always a good idea to have a bit of spring mix on hand for whenever the salad mood strikes! #veganisnotscary

Love these large containers of salads and often times can find them on sale

I like that this has a variety of leafy greens and it seems really fresh. I often get the big container because it's a much better value, but then I can't eat it all. Luckily I can share this with my ducks, just not too much spinach for them. I use this for salads and I put it in sandwiches. It would probably blend into a smoothie really well too. #whatveganseat #healthy

It is delicious ! I try to buy organic fruits and Vegetables as much as I can afford, because down the line it is better for my body.
