Soy Mince

Used this to make ragù and it was quite nice, for sure it deserves a chance in lasagna

I love this minced soy and would recommend it to friends and even omnivore friends! It has nice meaty texture and fries well. One can make a very tasty spaghetti bolognese meal with this. It’s on the expensive end price wise though.

This frozen soy mince is so good. Very flavorful and satiating. Perfect for spaghetti bolognese, chilli soups, lasagna etc..You can find this and other frozen soy meat products by this brand in almost all of the major supermarkets in Lithuania. #veganuary
