Uno dei pochi yogurt di soia SENZA ZUCCHERI aggiunti. Buono, denso, cremoso. Ottimo così al naturale, anche se io aggiungo un po' di stevia o della frutta. Pochi grassi, tante proteine. Solo 50 kcal per 100 gr. Barattolo da 500 gr.
Ottimo yogurt bianco senza zucchero aggiunto! Perfetto per ricette dolci e salate
Pro: yogurt bianco senza zuccheri, quindi va bene anche per preparazioni salate. Contro: confezione non richiudibile, perché non ha un tappo; non è addizionato di calcio; sapore non dei migliori. Preferisco lo yogurt soyasun!
