Smoked tofu

Assez ferme, délicieux avec un bon saveur, la saveur est artificielle malheureusement.

Been thinking about trying this forever, then finally picked it up. It says that it can be eaten as is, so I tried it and the taste was good, though the rubberyness wasn't my favorite so I baked it to add the cubes into a pita. I would buy it again, since I like smokey flavors, this actually could've been a little bit more smokey for me 😁

I was excited to see this product. I then tried it and did not love it. I guess I should put it in something? I put it in a wrap with lettuce and tomato and mayo, but it just felt not great. Super rubbery. I dunno...maybe in a Korean stew (it usually calls for vegan hot dogs) so maybe I'd use it then? #smokedtofu

Definitely my favorite smoked tofu! Other brands are ok, bit this one is just too good on its own and has somewhat of an outside crust.
