Sliced Korean Rice Cakes

Chewy and delicious addition to any dish where you would normally use noodles. I first made in a stir fry then in soup.

Tasty little sliced rice cakes. Chewy and dense but also airy in a way. They are plain and it says to boil or pan fry. We pan fried a few and added it to fried rice. It tastes good with sweet chili sauce. I want to try it with general Tso sauce too.
