Korean Soybean Dipping Paste (Ssamjang)

Non conoscevo questa salsa e l’ho comprata per curiosità facendo altri acquisti. Veramente squisita.

The paste is savoury and a tad spicy. It can be added to anything to

add flavour and also be used as a dipping sauce for snacks.

Went crazy over this in Korea so i went looking for

d vegan one. Used as a dip so it’s pretty much like ketchup or chilli hot sauce.

Been eating this wth tofu tempeh or just as a side dipping wth my veggies.

Such a great find! Works great as a dipping sauce but I use it more

to level up my sauces and give them a more umami flavor. It's spicy, salty and savory.
