Finally, I was able to nab the #vegansmokedsalmon sold by #aldi! And I must say it was actually pretty good. The visual and texture are spot on, and the taste was pretty good - imho it could have used a bit more of a "sea" taste. I used it on some open-faced sandwiches and it was a nice addition.
