Roasted Salsa Roja

Needed a fire roasted salsa and came across this. The recipe I bought it for never got made but this has been great on tacos. Definitely a bit of a kick to it but nice flavor overall with a touch of smoke.

I don’t like really hot spicy foods/salsas and this Roasted Salsa Roja fits the bill- it is tasty and just the right amount of heat!
