Roasted Red Pepper Cashew Dip

So creamy and good. A great alternative to hummus (although I love hummus also).

Bonne idée et assez bon mais un peu liquide. Je préfère la version hummus aux poivrons rouges.

I always buy these when on sale and freeze to cook with later. They add a delicious creaminess to pasta sauces. I do not actually use this as a dip but more like a vegan cream bouillon and I love the flavour when used that way.

Reminds me of a red pepper hummus. Very tasty. #veganisnotscary

A solid "meh". Didn't blow my mind... maybe if I used it as a spread on a sammie I would like it more? #veganisnotscary
