Roast Pork

This blew me away. Been a long time since I ate pigs, but I really think this could have easily fooled a meat eater. Taste and texture very good, could be used in a few different ways and high in protein too!

2 generous pieces of meat. Texture is good, flavours are incredible. Very good replacement for bao buns; can be used in many other Asian dishes.
