Riced Veggies Cauliflower Medley

These veggies are delicious alongside my vegan soft tacos. I enjoy that there are peas in it most of all. #cauliflower

This is a nice mix. I really like how small the cauliflower pieces are riced in this mix. It is mainly cauliflower but it’s nice that there are some add ins. This mix is unseasoned so you can really use it as you wish. These veggies are a healthy craving at least once a week. Tofu overtop of it brings an added fat to the meal. The cauliflower is tender once it is heated up, and has a way of melting in the mouth at meal time. #cauliflower

I love all of green giant cauliflower rice. I eat them for lunch and have for dinner. I do not like cauliflower at all so it shoots me that I really love these. If you don’t like cauliflower you should still give these a try.
