Restful Sleep

This is my favourite tea! I love it on a cold evening. There's something kinda earthy but sweet about it. I don't know if it does anything for sleep but it tastes good!

Tried multiple teas to help me fall asleep quicker as I tend to lay awake for an hour+ before sleep comes. This tea works wonders in helping the process along, definitely recommend to anyone having trouble falling asleep.
