Red Thai style vegetable curry with brown rice

So tasty, fragrant & filling. My new go to for an extremely tasty & quick meal.

Amazing soup! Gorgeous with some bread, butter and cheese to dip in! It is very filling as well and it tastes very fresh and home-made.

Loved this!! This was so tasty I'm definitely getting this again.
