Very light flaky processed bits. Good if you prefer a lighter oatmeal porridge without so
much bite. This is my mum’s preference, compared to my own rolled oats preference but I still take it on days when my stomach doesn’t feel like taking too much substance/fibre.
& yes it’s super quick……

I have this for breakfast almost Everyday. I mix in some vegan protein powder into
it and then some mylk with maybe matcha powder or cocoa powder or a thai milk tea sachet to give my base oats some
Flavour and I TOP it off with Chia seeds nuts and fresh fruits. I look forward to my
Oatmeal every morning! So versatile, creamy and value for money!

Makes for good overnight oats if your base liquid is tasty! :) I usually have
these with soymilk + different spices & jams :)
