Pumpkin, leek & chopped pepitas dip

This was surprisingly tasty. Pumpkin taste was not prominent and it’s mostly savoury.

So yummy! All the flavours balance out really well and the texture is nice and creamy with a crunch from the pepitas. Works great as a dip for crackers and as a sandwich spread. Something different than my usual hummus or guacamole and it’s a very welcome change 😌 #veganisnotscary

Tastes exactly like mashed pumpkin with bits of pepitas in it. Was hoping for some more flavour as it’s very bland and needs some sort of spice/seasoning. Nothing unique and quite sweet 🎃 #pumpkin #veganisnotscary
