A vegan ramen made from potatoes from Korea! The noodles are springy and more substantial than other instant noodles. So it does have more of the real ramen feel. The quantity seens larger perhaps due to the size of the noodles. The soup is fragrant and savoury. A very robust meal. Overall a 5 star taste, texture and bite. This ramen is vegan as the beef flavouring is an artificial flavoring. So it does have a bit of the MSG kick. Comes in a pack of 5. I added vegan prawns, wolfberry, curry leaves, coriander and chives to the meal. Tastes so addictive. One of the first few instant noodles I had since going vegan and it satisfies the craving very well. Might want to check the ingredients again. Artificial beef is okay, but on my glances the ingredients seem vegan-friendly!
