These are surprisingly delicious when fried, don't try eat them raw as I did try one.

The texture is really spot on and must be applauded but the flavour wasn’t really there for me. Very cool to have this as an option but it’s not my preferred way of eating tofu 😄 #veganfortheanimals #tofu

I wasn't expecting to like these much. I do like tofu quite a bit, but I imagined they wouldn't be great. The casing has a nice snap to it, the sausage has a good texture and they fry nicely. The flavour is pretty decent. I thought I may do the sausages with mash as the herby mustard flavour may limit what I'd use it with. But it wasn't really an issue. It says previously frozen, do not refreeze, use within two days. I had them on the side with some pasta and because of the 2 day expiration, in desperation, the next time I just threw a couple in a hotdog roll to use them up. It was also pretty good.
