Plantain Croutons

Well I have these a try … not for me .. very hard … much harder than the regular croutons. I’m sure a lot of people like them .. just not for me ..

These are nice and crispy but I’m still on the fence about them! I don’t know if I haven’t found the right usage! The initial garlic flavor is good, but then when the plantain flavor hits it’s weird! I tried in a soup and that was a fail. So maybe I need a very flavorful salad to find the balance! So if you want crunch it has that! But I’m still not totally sold!!

These are a great substitute for traditional croutons. Crunchy and a little garlic flavor, yum! #veganisnotscary (25)

Opened the bag just to try it and it was smaller than I thought. Tasty, can’t wait to put it in a crouton.

A great and health snack. They come in a very small size. (little bites)
